Rafael Cortez has spent more than 20 years in the plumbing industry, mastering everything from residential service work to complex commercial and industrial systems. He founded COR Plumbing to provide exceptional service throughout Santa Paula and the surrounding areas.
That commitment has earned COR Plumbing a reputation as one of the most trusted plumbers in the region. Rafael holds C-36 Plumbing, B-General Building, and A-General Engineering licenses, with specialized expertise in water heater systems — from tankless maintenance to full replacements.
